Hey pplsSs.... how are ya... Its been sumtymes since I last blog.... MMMMmmmmm guess what yesterday I went out with my freN Syai... to GeyLang toGether with her sister, nephews & nieces... She was there to get herself some clothes and curtains for the upcoming festive seasOn.. Oh my gOshhhhhh... its so packed untiL I had to sQueezE myself to get oUt from the cRowd... Most of them I jus window shopping & maybe to get to know new freNzZz.. At the same tyme, this is d moment where you can find, or even bump into your long lost frenzZz... ur Secondary Schoolmates, Primary Schoolmates, Platoonmates, Tertiary schoolmates... etc.... But sad to say, yesterday I didn't got the chance to meet up with any of them... But they're always in my mind, I hope if they come across to this blog do leave ur email in my shoutbOx... So that I can catch up with ya guys.... TO ALL B.R.P.S., TSS, REX COMMERCIAL SCHOOLMATES...

It had been tiring day for me... Work... Work... Work...

1. Lack of sleep
2. Updating & reports will be hand over...
3. BP high cos it cos half of my face swollen and pain...

Of course the swollen can't be seen since my face is already as round as moon, with chubby cheek... but the pain is there... Despite been tired, I headed to GeYLang even jus 1hr short nap... I hate to work morning cos have to wake up as early as 5.30am or even much earlier... Arrrhhhhhh...... hOwever deep inside my heart I wondering hOw my dear freN, Liz duin. Even after sMs also no reply... Take care my dear freN.... We will always be there for you....

Hey Diarry...

Wanna know what catch my eyes yesterday...Get Real!!! .... with topic on Weblog/Blogger... ha ha ha .... I can be consider as an active blogger too.. Cos I will write and write what came to my mind... This is d only way for me to distress myself, past my tymes or even when I'm feeling lonely... To me my notebook is part of my life... Since there's I have not met my MR RIGHT yet... I will surf and surf till I got tired... but when I am surfing I don't even feel tired at all... But if I wanna chat wif frenz I got tired easily... ha ha ha... So I rather choose to write emails than chat at chatrooms... he he he...

Today I have dinner with colleagues, Azreen & Hakeem at Burger King (Bedok Branch)... MMmmmm as I think back of the yesterday programme, I learnt that with this blog can turn from personal blog to interactive blog... But I need to place an interesting articles or even forum.... Perhaps I can add on current issues too... With this I can increase the number of readers to my blog... I also notice that some the blogs which shown on TV had interesting pictures and articles.. I hope I can do the same as theirs..

Oh ya before I forget, I would like to send my condolescence to Liz. Her dad had passed just passed away... I only get to know this when I reach office... If not me too can join Mas & Kak Ros to pay her a visit.... I also meet up with Huey Chin (my beloved ex-colleague) at the Burger King, she slimmed down a bit yet still chubby & bubbly as ever...

I also receive called from Abg Rizal that he had spoken to Dato' Dr Ibrahim on that most of fren looking for better prospect.. In fact Dato' agrees to come over to Singapore to help my dear frenz who are looking for better prospect.. He is holding 13 directorship in different organisation both in Malaysia & Singapore... So I need to make the necessary arrangement.... With hope I able to get my beloved frenZzZ better job but I guess will start make the arrangement after the festive season or after my trip... Yeeehhhhhhhh Yeeeehhhhhh..... Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Puasa yg berkesan untuk kesihatan


Gejala-gejala yang berlaku semasa berpuasa:

Beberapa perkara akan berlaku disebabkan oleh pembuangan toksin dan bahan buangan ketika kita berpuasa seperti nafas berbau, peluh juga berbau, kulit kering bersisik dan gatal, air kencing pekat dan berbau dan mungkin juga kerap kencing, buang air besar selepas beberapa hari berpuasa, sakit kepala, lenguh badan dan demam (kesan toksin keluar dari lemak ke darah,sebelum keluar dari badan), dan mungkin juga berlaku selsema dan kahak
serta lendir dan keputihan.


Pesanan: Jika gejala ini tidak serius, jangan cuba ubatkan kerana ia akan berhenti dengan sendirinya.

Cara berbuka dan bersahur yang berkesan:

(i) Berbuka dengan buah dan air bertapis yang tidak dimasak (guna water-filter).

(ii) Solat Maghrib terlebih dahulu bagi memberi peluang perut mencerna makanan

(iii) Makan makanan yang senang hadam dan kurangkan masakan berminyak, berempah dan pedas. Seelok-eloknya makan sayur, tahu dan kekacang.

(iv) Kurangkan kadar makanan dari biasa

(v) JANGAN minum air sambil makan. Insya-Allah jika makan secara perlahan-lahan, masalah tercekik tidak akan berlaku.

(vi) Minum air putih atau teh herba atau minuman yang mengandungi getah anggur, buah kembang semangkuk dan biji selasih sebanyak yang terminum. Waktu sahur elok makan buah dan susu atau sebarang makanan cecair.


Cara berpuasa yang tidak berkesan:

(i) Makan terlalu banyak (waktu sahur dan berbuka)

(ii) Makan makanan yang pedas dan berempah serta payah hadam

(iii) Makan terlalu banyak daging binatang terutama bagi pengidap batu karang, gout dan alahan.

(iv) Mengulangi makan sepanjang malam.

(v) Kurang minum air pada malam hari atau lebih minum air semasa makan

(vi) Tidur selepas kenyang makan


Makanan yang menjejaskan khasiat puasa kerana mengandungi bahan kimia:

(i) Kopi dan teh.

(ii) Air paip masak yang tidak ditapis.

(iii) Makanan yang ada bahan pengawet, pewarna, perasa tiruan seperti burger, sosej, mee segera, air tin & kotak, air squash, nugget dan seumpamanya.

(iv) Makanan masin perlu dielakkan semasa berpuasa kerana ia menyebabkan air bertakung dalam badan (water retention)

(v) Merokok



Fasa-fasa puasa yang berjaya:

Fasa pertama (2-3hari):

Perut akan terasa lapar, badan cepat letih, cepat marah kerana kadar glukosa dalam darah rendah


Fasa kedua (3-14 hari):

Kurang selera makan, senang gelap mata, nafas berbau, lidah menjadi putih atau berdaki manakala badan menjadi lesu.



Fasa ketiga(14-akhir puasa):

Lidah menjadi bersih, nafas hilang bau, selera makan baik, tenaga mula pulih dan kadar glukosa menjadi normal kembali. Di fasa ini juga mental, emosi dan badan semakin optimum dan diri menjadi orang baru. Keadaan puasa begini hanya dicapai oleh mereka yang benar-benar mengawal makan dan minum supaya proses asidosis dan ketosis di dalam badan berjalan lancar.


Amalan hari raya yang merosakkan manfaat puasa:


(i) Makan banyak (terutamanya daging, berempah, berlemak dan berminyak)

(ii) Makan kerap

(iii) Kuih-muih yang payah dihadam

(iv) Air yang mengandungi pewarna, perasa tiruan


Manfaat puasa yang berkekalan:

(i) Kurang makan kerana perut dah kecut

(ii) Kesihatan bertambah baik
