Hey Diarryyyy....!!!!!!
I have nothing much to write, today is Jimmy last day. Its sad to see one after another leaving. Even Mikhail from Commercial team resigning too. On top of that even my daily deployment got screw up cos I was not inform that there was last minute changes i.e. another colleague from my team was taken out to handle new project... Its frustrating cos it took me 2 nytes to prepare the deployment. Its not easy to ensure that all deployment to be rotated fairly since there is more newcomer then the experience staffs. Doing this deployment alone enough to take all my tyme out. I don't get the chance to other things such as the updating listings, monthly enforcement attendance, monthly report, my IQC project....... aarrrrhhhhhh...... Oh no... how can I complete by the dateline... I think gOnna drOp dead sOOn... In fact I just camw back from my leave... away from office to distress myself, come back more awaiting me.... suxz... **sigh.... *sigh.... sigh...
Gosh... since Wednsday its my off day.. I better get all the things done.. especially the enforcement attendance and the daily deployment.... How to prepare the monthly report whereby half of the month summary report has gone missing.. this tOO much.... suxZzzzz..... Errrrrr enuff on work...
Oh ya... I have gOOd chat wif 'SweetLikeSugar' tOO.... its been sOmetimes since I last chat wif her... I get to know her thru Alamak chat. Been frenz since then but has not meet up yet... he he he.... Next Abg Rizal terpaksa batalkan pernikahan beliau ngan Erryn for the 12 tymes.... Babe 12 tymes tak jadik... apa nak jadi.. apa nak jadi... Di dalam kesedihan tu pun sempat beritahu me gOOd news.. Theres biz proposal fOr me.. but I need to go back to MLK to see the details... Even Kak Ina encouraging me... mmmm.... jus came back from leave and I'm working on staggard shifts.... well perhaps I gonna do it somewhere in June... well if tyme permit... If the biz is promising, then I'll take the opportunity and Quit my jOb... he he he he he... If its really happened then part of my dream come true... ha ha ha.... Oh GoD please stay wif me and make my wishes comes true each day... May GoD bless me always...
Lately, I have not been attentive tOO... is there really something that bothering me so much which caused lack of attentiveness and alertness.... mind and body not working in accordance sometimes.... Dear Diary...
Today I wake up early, excited to go SENTOSA... MMMmmmm bcos of BLUE CRUSH I went for swim... he he he.... Howeve its been years since I last been there. And theres lot of changes. Last I been there was around 6-7 years ago....Looks how time flies.... Both my sis and I went to PALAWAN Beach. There's not much people perhaps its weekdays... My sis not swimming cos she bz sun tanning... As fOr me bz swimming.... cOs me love the sea.... the beach is clean n the water is clear unlike in East Coast or Changi....
MMMmmm..... as I bz swimming, just then I remember about my handphone and my E-Link card which placed at the toilet earlier.... I ask my sis to check the bag but she shook her head.. at this time my mood has changed cos afraid if it has been taken... With sad look I return to the toilet to make a check.... My heart pumping very fast.... guess what... its still there... Thank god... my sis nag at me for being careless... eerrrhhhhh..... to void from her nagging I swim again... Tis time my sis called that I received missed call from office... What a day...!!! Bz njOying myself got disturbance from the office... can't they wait for me till I'm back tis Saturday... My Sup called just to ask if I can swop my off day with her, on top of that next week deployment will be prepared by me.... huhhh...huhhh.... cOme back frOm leave xtra work for me... *sigh... *sigh ..... *sigh.... Then I continued my swim.... mmmmm.... OOOopppps the weather turns cloudy.... I could hear thunders and sometimes lightning... but the Lifeguard did not tell us to get out... cos the lightning is at the back of them... how can they sees it... I told my sis its better for us to make a move first before it starts to rain.....Wahhhhhh after the swim I feel so sleepy.... Wish i can reach home with a snap... he he he he.... MMMmmmm when to HARBOURFRONT to get a bite... I get myself a blueberry & cherry strudel, while my sis, blueberry strudel, chocolate bun and apple crumblets.... Wah she so small size yet big appetite..... After the swim, I dun feel like eating but sleeping... he he he he....... However I had great fun... wish I can be there everyday... perhaps on my next off day which Wednesday... I cum back to SENTOSA.... just for swim... he he he he he he he

Dear Diary...
Today I have geat tyme even I postponed my trip to SENTOSA due to I down with fever... Instead I watched few VCds.... (Malay VCD) Kuliah Cinta, Cinta Kolestrol, Seriau, Trauma... and best VCD which I enjoyed watching will be (English VCD) BLUE CRUSH..., I watch it twice even I have watch it before over in Cinema... How I wish I can surf as well as her... Looks like I need to do lots of workout before I can swim & surf... MMMmm why not the Government create and artificial waves for surfers, sun tanning n surfing n other aQua activities... mmmm isn't it exciting compare to Casino which only meant for tourist. If to create the artificial waves for surfing I believed it benefits both the local and tourists....
Despite the great tyme I had, I'm in agony too cos I was my right leg was in pain. I don't know why... BUt I don't dare to tell my parents cos I dun wanna get gOOd naGGinG from mom especially.... I have to endure the pain... But I must remember to consult doctor by later in the afternoon....

True Friends

People today, in all this new world technology and thinking, have lost sight of what a true friendship is. So, in sprit of my best friend Tellie, I thought I would help the world out a little and explain what real, true friends are.
1. Friends don't have to be exactly the same. Friends have similarities but they also have their differences. They key to opening up the world of friendship is not only to expand on similarities but to accept each other's faults. Because you can't ever judge your friend.
2. Friends have to argue! No one likes to but it is necessary to be healthy. Cause if you agree on everything, either the government has expanded cloning subjects or someone isn't being true and is trying a little too hard.
3. You have to be comfortable together or else you just aren't going to click. If you feel edgy around the person then something isn't quite right.
4. Friends love unconditionally. They have there little angry moments but what's done is done and all is forgive and forget. Why let something that happened in the past ruin what happiness you could have in the future?
5. Believe in love at first sight because there is the equivalent in friendship. Some people think that you have to know someone really well to become good friends. Trust me, it's not true. If the first time you really spend time together you talk for 25 hours straight until 4:30 in the morning about some topic you thought no one else in the world understood, hun, that's real love at first sight.
These are only a few of the basics. Just remember, friends are forever. But only if you keep it that way. Don't diss your buds, love them instead. And when they drive you nuts, love them that much more for being just a little bit different and maybe just a little bit quirky!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY STEVIS WONG... wherever you are wishing u all the best f0r your future endeavOur.... he is my dear skoolmate n platoon mate... he he he... Back to the past... I used to be actively involve in skool events, as sport captain, skool librarian, help out in LDDS nyte, sports craze - will take part in all interclass sports competition such as netball, basketball, volleyball, badminton except soccer.. , annual track & field events lyke discus, shot put, javelin, 100m & 4 x 100m relay.... he he he .... How I wish I can turn back the clock cos I really missed my skool dayz n missed both my classmates & schoolmates...
AAarrgghhhh another long day for me. I really hate to work afternoon shifts... its suxz... I have not gone to the doctor to take my medicine... ohh nnooo.... the pain is killing me but I've to endure... Soon I'll be on leave and will have good rest... at the same tyme hunts for new opportunity... he he he he... It's tyme to change the atmosphere I guess... I'm feeling good when I'm at home. Its Easter Day and Wishing all Happy Easter....
I do lots of things at home at the same tyme I have to think of my upcoming project.... MMmmmm my minds go on wondering wild thinking of what had happened lately... However as I prayed every moment that the moment of truth to be out.... but I know when d moment of truth out those who near me has drifted apart.... Well they whom I know chOOse that and not me... Theres a saying; Sumtymes one tend to forget he/she had done good but once he/she done a mistake, its forever remembered... But thats life... theres up n down....
Jus wish that I managed to get home assignment project so that I dun have to go to office... he he he he Own tyme Own target to finish my assignment but must complete it wif quality and meet the dateline... hmmmmm lemme see if it gOnna work... .aaarrggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

- Stand up, hang your head down and stretch your neck, feeling it all the way down to the small of your back.
- Have lunch with colleagues out of the office. The computer is the stressful lunch date.
- Brush your teeth.
- If reaching burnout, apply for an emergency one day leave and do nothing for a day but hang by the pool, take a long walk at botanic gardens or watch DVDs for 12hrs straight.
- If your office permits, crank up the musics.
-Go to the bathroom and reapply your makeup. Hey! try it before you laugh.
- Inhale deeply. Many of us do shallow breathing for eight hours without realising it.
- Go for haircut during lunch or just get your hair washed and blow-dried (its the head massage you want).
- Call your friend or partner and make dinner date. This gives your stressful a finite end.
