Sad to see another of my colleague leaving... today is Juliana last day.. Later in the evening I was busy snapping pix of her and colleagues... Then after work we had dinner at SPIZZA for FRIENDS which located at Harbourfront Centre...

I'm efeling sad, upset and etc... gosh what's going on... Can sOmeOne tell me why... It had been bothering me till I can't focus my daily routine..... Next bz shopping at Juntion 8 cos need to find hearty stuffs for the upcoming monthly birthday theme.. its HEART to HEART... Since I promised my colleagues to find the hearts, I search all the hearts.. Then I bought myself a hearty watch...
Since I'm home early... I gotta chance to watch CSI (Season III) @ 10pm and the Teary Korean Drama Series @ 11pm....

I force and drag myself to work... Its seem something bothering me too much, ever since 05 Feb i.e. Its Vanitha's Wedding which I failed to attend due to work obligation. I wish both Vani and partner best of wishes. This had been distracting me from focusing on my work. Resulted me to seek my exec permission to release me early since I'm not in state of mind to work.... Hey look lyke me too gonna shop for CNY... ha ha ha ha.... Hope I achieved my this year resolutions....

I only realised that the phone line faulty around 1330hr. No wonder theres no calls for both Maintenance Hotline and Carpark hotlines.... I then alert CSE Rosnah for follow up action. I left for break at 1400hr with hope later the line resumed.... Ohhh noooo... !!!! its still not resumed yet..Gosh, I was busy updating the townships that theres line fault at our office, advised them should there be further calls to reach us at another number....
At around 1530hr, both kak su and I were instructed to go to JKT office for the contigency plan. Both 'Papa Bear' and Kak Ros be joining us too.... Hey JKT office training room was well eQuipped. Each table with one PC and one telephone. We are on standby but how comes there still no calls yet... Looks lyke theres something screw up somewhere.... Without hesitation we then headed to Kim Tian Office and busy answering calls. The office small yet neat and organised. All info are well kept and neatly arranged. Even theres monitor to remind staff of important information.... Its an eye opening experienced. Unlike us everything via email... But we as human always tends to forget... with such technology it really helps running the operation even better and also to stay competent.
Around 1700hr, the phone line restored and we went back to PCC to run the operation there. Hey its pretty tough when you are answering calls at your competitor's office..... Its tough for me at first. I could feel the tense in myself.
