#PCC: Farewell Kak Juliana...

Sad to see another of my colleague leaving... today is Juliana last day.. Later in the evening I was busy snapping pix of her and colleagues... Then after work we had dinner at SPIZZA for FRIENDS which located at Harbourfront Centre...

Wooowww... I love the ambience... Guess what the in the menu the list were female names... So we had Sofia pizza, Creamy Chicken Mushroom and Lasagna... The taste so superb.... For desert, we decided to go to ORANGE JULIUS... But I just wonder when will our next dinner.... Can't load up the images due to some error will add the pix once everything ok...

Not much happening... Fortunately the staff communication was postponed so this enable me to to for gym... Yahoo... I hope to shed more pounds....At the gym I was njoying myself, brisk walking on treadmill....

Nothing much happened. Just another staff from commercial resigned. Even knowing her for short period, she is bubbly and friendly. She is pretty too... Ha Ha Ha.... We bz snapping pictures for memorandum...

Visit to EM EMSU

Dear blog,

I only realised that the phone line faulty around 1330hr. No wonder theres no calls for both Maintenance Hotline and Carpark hotlines.... I then alert CSE Rosnah for follow up action. I left for break at 1400hr with hope later the line resumed.... Ohhh noooo... !!!! its still not resumed yet..Gosh, I was busy updating the townships that theres line fault at our office, advised them should there be further calls to reach us at another number....


At around 1530hr, both kak su and I were instructed to go to JKT office for the contigency plan. Both 'Papa Bear' and Kak Ros be joining us too.... Hey JKT office training room was well eQuipped. Each table with one PC and one telephone. We are on standby but how comes there still no calls yet... Looks lyke theres something screw up somewhere.... Without hesitation we then headed to Kim Tian Office and busy answering calls. The office small yet neat and organised. All info are well kept and neatly arranged. Even theres monitor to remind staff of important information.... Its an eye opening experienced. Unlike us everything via email... But we as human always tends to forget... with such technology it really helps running the operation even better and also to stay competent.


Around 1700hr, the phone line restored and we went back to PCC to run the operation there. Hey its pretty tough when you are answering calls at your competitor's office..... Its tough for me at first. I could feel the tense in myself.
