Steam or grill, why not try them both and decide for yourself what you love best! Watch the meats sizzle on the grill and marinate them how you wish. Tom Yum Chicken, Black Pepper Beef or Smoked Duck anyone? Add on the bee hoon or rice to your plate, on top of the fresh assortment of seafood you’ll be piling on.
