Found this cardio workout in TikTok. Telling myself to back to fitness after a super long rest.
Will take one step at a time but has to be consistent. Not just to look good but a healthy lifestyle.

But since just took my booster (3rd dose vaccine) and my left arm is now in pain...
No strenuous workout for two weeks but I can still do brisk walking...
