Oh Ya... The implemented scheme which take place with immediate effect on CPF Fund.
i.e. To purchase private property by using CPF and bank will finances the loan 30-60 years.. Woow isn't it great...
Furthermore now private property (Esp Condo) are cheaper than resale flats...
I bought the resale flat for SGD289K in 1997...
and NOW damn difficult to sell at about the same price or slightly lower...
I saw on the ad at the same block selling only at SGD220K only..
Goshhhh.... What a great different man...!!!!
If I convert this to RM... I could get myself a well furnished 2-3 storey bungalow...
Yeah... If ONLY... ha ha ha.. Just a dream...!!!
But it will come true... he he he.. That will be my nex aim....
To excel I gotta continue to strive...

Well, since I had not met my PRINCE yet, at least I had this colleagues to keep me accompany... Till I met PRINCE, you won't see me in the office...

Most of them had the thoughts that I'm such a fussy and choosy on guys which resulted me to be still no string attached even after 7 years of break up...
To my dear friends out there, I'm not choosy or picky on guys but it seemed none of them can proved that I'm wrong...
For the past seven years, I had been analysing guys and lot of questions and surveys were asked... One of it was what men want... The moment I asked this QUESTION, some will laugh and some will think I'm stupid or even silly to raise such question....
