So sleepy... to the maxXx cos been working 5pm-2am from Monday.

Finally my OD, but need to wake up early cos need to do some shopping...

Well today theres another class to attend..

Without realising, it gonna be MODULE 6.

I wonder who will be my trainer for this module...

I bet it better be good, or else we gotta feedback again to DEAKIN ACCORD...

I wonder how this sweetie HIDAYAH duin...

I hope she duin jus fine and leading a happy life with her new relationship...

I'm glad that she happy with her new PRINCE and wishes her all the best...

I'm happy for her cos my dear frenZzZ happiness are my happiness too...

I'll be looking forward for her to tell me that her big day will be next year...

Oh Ya... The implemented scheme which take place with immediate effect on CPF Fund.

i.e. To purchase private property by using CPF and bank will finances the loan 30-60 years.. Woow isn't it great...

Furthermore now private property (Esp Condo) are cheaper than resale flats...

I bought the resale flat for SGD289K in 1997...

and NOW damn difficult to sell at about the same price or slightly lower...

I saw on the ad at the same block selling only at SGD220K only..

Goshhhh.... What a great different man...!!!!

If I convert this to RM... I could get myself a well furnished 2-3 storey bungalow...

Yeah... If ONLY... ha ha ha.. Just a dream...!!!

But it will come true... he he he.. That will be my nex aim....

To excel I gotta continue to strive...
