#Travel: 4D 3N - Shah's Beach Resort, Melaka (Day 3)

Today is my 3rd night which means my final stay at the resort. While I was busy enjoying my breakfast I received calls from friends in Singapore. They are surprised to hear I am on vacation alone in Melaka. Why everyone seem to unbelief that I am traveling alone? Of course, I received a call from Uncle Roslan Othman who was always concerned about my well-being.

The clock shows 10.00 am and I'm still busy munching. After breakfast, I returned to my room and get changed. While people busy dipping in the swimming pool, I busy dipping in the open sea. I sing and swim in the sea. It seems I was in paradise. There is no one along the coast except me alone. Should anything happens to me, no one will noticed or helped.

Suddenly I remembered that earlier there was chambermaid cleaning up the rooms. I thought its best for me to check things out. I realized towel I hang outside the room missing and room has been tidied. There were new towels in the bathroom. I quickly open up the cupboard to check if my passport, mobile phone, and wallet were still in the bag. Good gracious items still intact in my bag. Well, I returned to the sea and swim again till 4.00 pm. I guess this time I will get sunburnt.

I returned to the room and take a long hot bath. Soon after I was in dreamland. I was awakened by the "bedok" sound of a drum from the nearby mosque. I feel like I was back in the kampung days. I don't think I can experience this when returned to Singapore.

Again, Uncle Roslan gives me a call to check if I'm doing fine. Thank you Uncle Roslan for your care and concern. This little girl is doing perfectly fine even though she was alone. Has no worries at all.

I turned in early as I'm feeling tired and sleepy.
