As usual, worked morning shift @ 7.30am. Later at 4pm there will be monthly Operation Meeting for Contact Centre. The meeting will be held at PCC Harvest Room. There will be reshuffling of roles and responsibilities to individual personnel's. After the meeting, I stayed up late till the cut over successful. My team were eager to hand over. For the past weeks we had been counting the days. Finally the day had come. We left few more hours for us to bid goodbye to all the enforcement team. It had been a great pleasure working with all of you. To pass the time, I finished up my monthly report and submitted to my OE. Nothing much happening, just received calls from EM, enquiry on certain carpark issues.
