Long awaited Changi Service Star Pin. Working in a Call Centre it is not easy to get a compliment. We will get more queries and complaints via phone. Despite having weird, nasty, long winded, persistence, irritating and stupid calls, there are still few friendly, appreciative, kind and thoughtful enquirer who know how to appreciate one's hardwork and assistance.
