It has been a long time since I last met Rafidah Osman Alkhatib aka Arab due to work commitment. She is working permanent night shift with M1, while I am working 3 cyclic shifts with DTZ UGL Company at Changi Airport, Terminal 2 (above Coffee Bean).
We have great time and enjoyed our breakfast to the fullest after our night shift duty. From White Sands we headed to Arab's house to collect my purchased items. But when I reached her house, I ended up purchasing more items. I am glad to meet her mum too.
By the time I reached home, I am sleepy and tired. I took a quick bath and fell asleep. I do not know when both my parents back from cousin wedding at Sultan Mosque. Mum bought me a mutton murtabak from Zam Zam Restaurant. I ate all by myself. I returned to my room and about to sleep, there was another knock on the door. This time is from dad. He requested to be sent to hospital as he is feeling breathless.
Without hesitation, I get ready and message my siblings that I am sending that to Tan Tock Seng Hospital, A & E due to his breathlessness attack. He was diagnosed with COPD and lungs inflammation. Each visit I will tell the nurse that he has COPD and now breathless. They we wheeled my dad to the room where he will be given oxygen.
It was a long tiring day but I am glad I able to send my dad to hospital on time. With hope that he will recover soon. Speedy recovery dad!!
