Alhamdulillah, I thanked Allah Almighty for allowing me to breathe another beautiful day. Even though I am sleepy due to lack of sleep. I force myself to stay awake till end of shift at 8.00pm. Today was quite a busy day. I single handle newbie questions and training, assisting my team mates located at another office, assigning cases, check cases, updated cases, my daily operations routine and list can go on and on. Wish I have magic, at a snap all tasks and assignments completed.
