I am shocked and sad to see this happen in Singapore. We have been living peacefully since the last riots in 1964 between Chinese and Malay groups. I thought we will stand together not to let the history repeat. I believe a true Singaporean will not allow this riot to happen here in Singapore. Statistics shows that more Singaporean are migrating as they found that Singapore is no longer a place that they can call HOME. We are like a foreigner in our homeland. Singapore is now overpopulated with foreigners. I never denied that we need this foreign talents too but it should not be over populated.
This is what happen when overpopulated, they will take actions in their own hand. The riot started after a fatal accident with a private bus. The riot saw officers injured, damage to five police vehicles, one ambulance and several private vehicles. From Channel News Asia news it shows at least one police vehicle has been overturned and an ambulance set on fire, which sent clouds of smoking billowing across the night.
Are we going to see another riot in Chinatown, Orchard Road, Geylang or any other area in Singapore? How will the government deal with this? I hope our government does not disappoint or dishearten the fellow citizens especially the true Singaporean. We voted you for a reason, please do not disappoint us who have voted for you. I hope I do not have to see another riot in another area.
May Allah Almighty bless all of us and bless Singapore from evil eyes.
