#Recipe: Flourless Nutella Cake | Nicko's Bakery

Ingredients:
8 eggs
480g Nutella


Method:
Whisk eggs for 8 minutes until white, fluffy and tripled in volume. Slowly add the Nutella until combined, pour into 18cm cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes at 175c/350f.
