#YouTube: US President Speech in 2005 and 2014 on Pandemics Outbreaks

President George W Bush has warned US about future pandemic which scientists and doctors cannot tell when and where the next pandemic will strike or how severe it'll be.

President Barack Obama called for more pandemics preparedness in 2014. It needs to help US partner with other countries to prevent and deal with future outbreaks and threats before they become epidemics.
