 It's quite a surprise that the onlookers just stood there doing nothing. Not even one to call for an ambulance. If someone, just call the emergency hotline definitely one can be saved from danger. 

How if this happens to your loved ones, definitely you one someone to react fast to save your loved one. If you happen to be at any emergency scene, please remember to call for an ambulance for the victim(s). You never know...
