I watched this after I watch the movie Flood. It really happens to the world now. Who can imagine this will happen to us now. Or is it the world getting old? I do not understand why we took pictures of it after being reminded or warned by the authorities. We must always remember that we not only dangered ourselves but also them. They are just doing their job.
It is us to be blamed when things happen. We took things for granted. Do not blame others, the authorities or even the governments or ministers.
